As a former Human Resources, L&D Professional, and Leadership Coach and Facilitator during my 20+-financial services career, I know how stressful and daunting it can be to set priorities for your people and ensure they’re best supported to flourish and drive transformational results.  

It doesn’t help that we’ve seen the vastest amount of change in the workplace within the last five years with new work models, AI, and technological advancements. Throw burnout and authentic leadership on top, it can be tough to balance and meet the needs of all. 

So, what should you be focusing on in 2025 for the leadership and workplace needs of your people and company? 

That’s what I’ll be talking about in my forum. While I’ll share with you my findings, you too will have a chance to voice your own concerns and ideas, alongside listening to insights from others in your industry.
