The ultimate goal of the signature program is defining your Brilliant Difference™ to cultivate self-awareness, confidence, improved communication, and elevated influence capabilities, helping you uncover your strengths and perform and lead at your best.
What’s the difference between Your Brilliant Difference for Leadership Development vs. Your Brilliant Difference for Team Building? Which one should I choose?
Your Brilliant Difference for Leadership Development focuses on defining and building one’s leadership style for long-term success, while Your Brilliant Difference for Team Building focuses on creating team synergy through understanding one another’s strengths, talents, and Brilliant Differences™.
If you need more support with building confident leaders in your company, then we recommend the leadership development option. If you need to bolster a collaborative atmosphere among teams, then we recommend the team building option.
However, you aren’t limited to only choosing one, and you can choose both if you’d like support in multiple areas.
What are Skill Builders?
Our Skill-Builder programs act as add-ons for our signature program. We’ve carefully curated these workshops to focus on the most integral leadership skills: selling, influence, presenting, and coaching. You can learn at your own pace and pick and choose Skill Builders that best fit your learning needs. While we recommend pairing them with our signature Your Brilliant Difference™ program, you can take them separately.

What are the learning experiences like?
We offer both virtual and in-person options. Whether we’re with you on site or through a virtual location, every program is immersive and experiential. They aren’t just tick-box workshops to help you learn something new; they teach you and give you the opportunity to put the learnings into action with business cases and exercises.
Both virtual and in-person experiences include cutting-edge curriculum, fillable program guides, and post-program playbooks and evaluations, to name a few.

What can I expect from the sign-up process?
You will first book an initial consultation call with Finka Jerkovic. From there, she will create a personalized proposal and will go over all the details with you. Once everything is agreed upon, payments will be complete, contracts will be signed, and a learning start date will be set.
What is the program pricing like?
Pricing will be disclosed and personalized within your first consultation meeting.
How many people can take the programs?
We support teams of all sizes. Ideally, anywhere from 10 employees to 1,000 +.
Does Finka Inc. offer other programs?
While Your Brilliant Difference and the Skill Builders are our bread and butter, we also offer 1-1 business coaching for entrepreneurs, keynote speaking, and assessments.
